Złamana część została usunięta, wykorzystano tylko "tył" oryginalnego podłokietnika, "przód" został zrobiony z cienkiej blachy stalowej - dwa nitowane pasy blachy i odpowiednie wyprofilowanie (kształt taki jak w Whitesach).

Zdjęcia przedstawiają efekt finalny. Pewnie farba podczas użytkowania będzie się ścierać ale czarny matowy spray nie jest drogi :)
Jedno jest pewne. Ten podłokietnik już się nie złamie.

Aha, rurka kompletnie nie jest ruszana więc w razie czego zawsze można założyć oryginalny podłokietnik.

Kleje do ABS-u (tworzywa stosowanego w wielu wykrywaczach) można kupić w sklepach instalatorskich. Ja sobie taki klej robię sam - ale ten mój jest miękki - dobry do zamykania i uszczelniania sond.

By naprawić podłokietnik będzie go jeszcze wzmocnić jakimś dodatkowym kawałkiem plastyku.

To złamanie doraźnie było leczone kropelka i "bandażem" z taśmy izolacyjnej ale to partyzantka. Tu bez dobrego chirurga się chyba nie obejdzie...

Próbowałem natomiast kleić te zielone Garretty - i tu zupełnie bez powodzenia. Sądzę że ten rodzaj tworzywa nadaje się bardziej do spawania, niż klejenia.

Naprawa polegać pewnie będzie na przyklejeniu od zewnątrz i wewnątrz pasków jakiegoś np. plastiku i sklejeniu tego razem.
I właśnie pytanie: jaki materiał można by wykorzystać i jaki najlepiej zastosować klej.
Może ktoś z Kolegów podpowie jak domowym sposobem najlepiej to zrobić?
